Alaska Governor Drops 25th Amendment On Biden – Dunleavy Claims Joe Can’t Enforce His “Unenforceable” Mandates

When President Joe Biden announced his new vaccine mandates, many pushed back. Republican leaders especially condemned the edicts as unconstitutional and even tyrannical.

It has also sparked more controversy surrounding Biden’s cognitive state. For months, GOP members have claimed POTUS isn’t mentally fit to be Commander-in-Chief.

Now, one Governor says these new mandates are proof that the President isn’t thinking clearly.

Biden recently announced that everyone working in the federal government must get vaccinated, and also pushed back against state leaders that have refused vaccine rules thus far.

This includes Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy, who has stood against the Biden administration’s vaccine push from the start.

And Dunleavy believes that Biden has stepped way over the line with his most recent rule, which says that all employers with over 100 employees must force everyone to get the vaccine.

Right-wing citizens also claim this is a step too far, and cries of “do not comply” are spreading rapidly across the nation.

As for Dunleavy, he’s convinced now that President Biden just isn’t firing on all cylinders. And he calls this mandate “ridiculous,” which many other Republicans are also claiming.

Via The Daily Wire:

Dunleavy responded to Biden’s remarks in a tweet, calling the president’s actions ‘ridiculous and unenforceable.’

‘If there was ever a case for the 25th Amendment,’ Dunleavy added.

Dunleavy is only the latest in a string of lawmakers calling to exercise the 25th Amendment.

This follows on the heels of Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL), who pushed the idea of removing Biden after the Afghanistan ordeal erupted. Last month, Scott said in a statement:

After the disastrous events in Afghanistan, we must confront a serious question:

Is Joe Biden capable of discharging the duties of his office or has time come to exercise the provisions of the 25th Amendment?

Prior to that, Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX), a former White House physician, called out Biden’s mental state. In fact, Jackson has been concerned about Biden since the moment Joe took office.

He slammed Biden for turning the U.S. into a “national embarrassment” and said flat-out, “it is time for him to leave.”

Jackson claims that the President gets away with slips and errors because he’s older, but the cognitive issues can’t be denied. And if they do exist, they could be seriously hampering Biden’s abilities.

The President’s decision-making has certainly been questionable, according to many on Capitol Hill.

Afghanistan and now these mandates might be further evidence that Biden is starting to decline. And the 25th Amendment argument will only intensify as time goes on.

Key Takeaways:

  • Alaska Gov. Mike Dunleavy claims Biden’s vaccine mandates are “ridiculous” and “unenforceable.”
  • He says this is proof that we should consider exercising the 25th Amendment.
  • Dunleavy is the latest in a long line of Republican leaders who say Biden’s cognitive abilities are impaired.
