Supreme Court Rules 5-4 In Historic Decision – High Court Denies Emergency Appeal To Block Texas Law
Texas is leading the charge against Biden and the left to uphold American values and liberties.
We’ve seen the Lone Star State strike back again and again this year. But their latest pro-life law might be their biggest move yet.
Democrats tried to dissolve this bill, signed into law this May, by rushing to the courts.
The bill went into effect on September 1. The left demanded the Supreme Court block it until lower courts settled their cases.
But it looks like the court wasn’t biting.

The court voted 5-4 to deny an emergency appeal from abortion providers and others that sought to block enforcement of the law that went into effect Wednesday.
This means the law that bans abortions after the sixth week of pregnancy stands. The court did not block it while other courts deal with various lawsuits.
For the time being, Texas has become the most pro-life state in the country. Democrats in D.C., as you can imagine, are flipping out.
Outraged, they are spreading what many believe wild lies.

The issue before the court was not whether the Texas law is constitutional but whether it should temporarily block the law’s enforcement while the case is litigated. Nevertheless, the congresswoman from New York indicated that the court scrapped established court precedent on the constitutionality of abortion and that court- packing is the only remedy.
As usual, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez made an emotionally driven outburst on Twitter, rather than looking at the facts.
She claimed the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, the ruling that legalized abortion in the United States.
That is simply not true. If Roe v. Wade had been overturned, it would be the biggest news of the year. Really, the biggest news of the last ten years.
But AOC didn’t bother to actually read what the Supreme Court decided. They simply refused to block this Texas law, while other court decisions were being made.
This law gives any citizen the right to take action against abortion, including filing civil lawsuits against people that engage in the activity.
When has AOC ever landed on the side of facts and accuracy? Yet the MSM props her up like some kind of genius leader.
What’s really amazing is that AOC and Democrats are throwing a temper tantrum, before the real battle has been fought.
The Supreme Court is set to rule on another law coming out of Mississippi this year. That decision just might undo Roe v Wade—or at least greatly diminish it.
It seems AOC jumped the gun. But her call to pack the court reveals her real motivation. It isn’t to defend our rights or the Constitution—but to expand the left’s power in America.
